Halton Mills was a new development of 40 Townhouses and 21 Apartments being built by the River Lune in the picturesque village of Halton. Rees Tiles was the preferred supplier of tiles and flooring for all the new builds at the Halton Mills development when it started in May 2013. The strong partnership between Halton Mills Ltd and Rees Tiles worked seamlessly, with deliveries being made to site every day if required. New home owners were directed to Rees Tiles to choose from the collection of tiles Halton Mills Ltd carefully selected. We then liaised with the team at Halton Mills for area required as well as all other ancillary items and this was all delivered to the site on a date specified by the team.

We happily lent out free sample tiles so that customers did't have to rush figuring out what works best in the space, something we find that can really help in the decision making process. Our tiles are stocked so once a decision was been made we delivered them as quickly as the following day. Rees Tiles also supplied Karndean, Polyflor, Laminate and Engineered Wood when the customers prefer these over tiles. Rees Tiles also helped select the tiles for the Show House in Phase 4, compromising of an En-Suite, Main Bathroom, Downstairs WC and Kitchen/Diner. It really gave a great insight into how new home owners can use tiles effectively throughout their house.
