A lot has been going on behind the scenes at RTF whilst our doors have been closed. It's been rubbish not being able to have customers in the showrooms but it's given us a great opportunity to revamp and update them. 

So, what's been going on? Well, firstly we'd like to introduce our newest member of the team to you, Martin. Martin joined us in December and is based in the Lancaster showroom as our Showroom Manager. He has a background of interior design, working for the likes of Lincrusta, who you may have seen featured in the photos of our work with Quite Simply French. He brings a wealth of knowledge in showroom management and as a great eye for what looks good.

In our Milnthorpe showroom we have updated over 14 displays with new collections and created a newly refurbished reception area with a huge selection of 60x120cm marble effect tiles. Lancaster has had a complete reconfigure in layout and over 10 displays updated along with our inspiration pods having new lighting installed. Both showrooms now feature bathroom furniture by RAK Ceramics on the displays which is all available to order through ourselves and we catalogues you can borrow to browse. Our kitchen tile selection has been completely refreshed with new colours, textures and sizes now stocked and displays and sample boards in both locations.

We are so excited to be able to open our doors to you all again after so long. Both of our showrooms, Lancaster and Heversham, will be open 6 days a week for public and trade. Lancaster is open Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm, Saturday: 10am - 4pm and Heversham is open Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm, Saturday: 9am - 3pm.

A few things to remember in the coming weeks...

• A reminder that you still need a face mask and please sanitize your hands upon arrival with our dispenser.
• Our sampling service, which has always been there, will still be available so that customers can borrow tiles and flooring to see how things look in situ.
• The majority of our tiles are STOCKED so they’re available for next day delivery from our warehouse.
• Don’t forget it’s not just tiles we sell...it’s Vinyl flooring, Karndean, Polyflor, adhesives, grouts, trims, silicone and many other tiling tools.
• We can also supply 20mm outdoor tiles (most of these have a 3-4 week import time scale) and Artificial grass for those who are looking to embark on a garden revamp!
